Special equipment
A modern bookbinding system is designed to allow different production flows. The Cruiser and Switch modules allow you to set up transport deviations within the line, while devices such as Bump Turn and Adagiatore change the orientation of the semi-finished products to serve the production machines – binder, casing-in, palletizers.
DELTA ST
The driving system through flat belt and the rollers shaft assembled on bearings guarantee durability in the time and moreover an extreme simplicity of maintenance, differently from the other traditional systems. Use Delta ST to buffer even the more delicate products without risk of damaging or marking. Delta ST is available in different length and width depending on applications.

CRUISER
Single books or piles can be diverted 90° right or left or run straight through from the Cruiser. The machine is available in different versions depending on the size of the product to run.

SPEEDY
High speed switch with upper belt to ensure maximum control of the product. The incoming product is diverted on two different exit levels. Speedy can be used either as a line selector as well as an emergency diverter.

SWITCH
Switch diverts the incoming product on two different levels, either to divide the product on two lanes than to create an emergency exit.

SATURNO
Saturno is studied to transfer products to an upper/lower level. Its delicate handling makes possible to transport also piles of loose product. By using two machine, you can create a “bridge” to avoid closing an access to the production areas.
